this one i based on a torn paper effect the added a pale photoshop action to it. then manual added the pictures n the backgrund and faded them out. then of course enter text>layer style stroke (my fav photoshop move totally epic) then added my museum icon i made as are town one doesnt have a icon (lol how lame is dat)
